We ask for 50% deposit to reserve a spot on our build list. Average delivery time is around 36 weeks. 

LOTUS Trumpets does not assume responsibility for customs fees for non-EU customers.  VAT (for EU customers) can be waived if you provide us with a personal tax ID number. Shipping will be added to the deposit invoice.

Each horn includes one free LOTUS mouthpiece of our choice, 3 tuning slides (Brass, Bronze & Nickel Silver), and one heavy weight valve cap bottom.​

Horns ship in a LOTUS single pack case.

You can try the horn for 2 weeks, use it on your gigs, and really give it a thorough test-drive. If you LOVE it, then pay us the other 50% and the horn is yours!​

If it's not a perfect fit, we are happy to exchange it for another model or refund your deposit.

MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY WITH DEALERS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER. We cannot require them to offer what we offer.
