Due to overwhelming demand and extreme unpredictability in the speed of international shipping, orders placed today may take up to 12 weeks to ship.
Purchases will be shipped from The USA. We will send you a confirmation
email including tracking info. Once the package is inside your country, please contact
the shipping company directly (using the tracking number) if you need assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days to decide if a mouthpiece is right for you.
We offer to exchange one model for another within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that you return the unsuitable model to us and pay a reduced shipping fee.
We hope this low-risk policy will encourage our customers to order two models (e.g. 2L and 2L2) to make a true comparison.
