Mouthpiece Shipping Policy
Due to overwhelming demand and unpredictability in the speed of international shipping, orders placed today may take UP TO 15 weeks to ship.
Purchases will be shipped from our production facility in Italy and we will send you a confirmation email including tracking info. Once the package is inside your country, please contact the shipping company directly (using the tracking number) if you need assistance.
LOTUS Trumpets does not assume responsibility for customs fees for non-EU customers.
VAT (for EU customers) can be waived if you provide us with a personal tax ID number.
Return & Exchange Policy
We're so sure you'll love your LOTUS mouthpiece that we offer an industry-leading return and exchange policy so you can order mouthpieces without worry.
You have 30 days to decide if a mouthpiece is right for you.
We offer to exchange one model for another within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that you return the unsuitable model to us and pay a reduced shipping fee.
We hope this low-risk policy will encourage our customers to order two models (e.g. 2L and 2L2) to make a true comparison.
All customs and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for refused deliveries.
