Mouthpiece Shipping Policy

Due to overwhelming demand and extreme unpredictability in the speed of international shipping, orders placed today may take up to 8 weeks to ship.

 

Purchases will be shipped from The Netherlands.  We will send you a confirmation  

email including tracking info.  Once the package is inside your country, please contact

the shipping company directly (using the tracking number) if you need assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We're so sure you'll love the experience of playing a LOTUS Mouthpiece that we offer an industry-leading return & exchange policy,

so you can feel 100% confident in your purchase. 

You have 30 days to decide if a mouthpiece is right for you.

 

We are happy to exchange one model for another within the 30 day test period.  There is no re-shelving fee but we do ask that you cover the shipping cost to send it back to us and the 25€ for us to send the exchange to you.

 

If you're absolutely sure you're looking for something different than what LOTUS Mouthpieces offer, just send it back to us for a full refund minus shipping. 

IN CASE OF DAMAGE:

  • Dents

  • Deep scratches that go below the silver plating

  • Strong signs of wear on the shank which can't be buffed out

  • Signs that you've used the mouthpiece as a pipe :-) 

  • Or any other major cosmetic flaw that's non-fixable occurs...

​We'll still accept the return, but there'll be a fee of €50 deducted from your refund.

Don't worry.  As long as you take care when inserting the mouthpiece into your horn, any signs of shanking can usually be buffed away easily.

Just try not to drop it.  :-)
